License Upgrade definition

License Upgrade means an extension of the license scope on the basis of an existing license.

Related to License Upgrade

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as Software Upgrade will be identified A.B.x where the A &B designates the release as a Software Upgrade.

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.

  • Licensed System means, collectively:

  • Licensed service area means the geographic area in which

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this XXXX to the Licensee;

  • CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan (including any REO Mortgage Loan) and for any Distribution Date, the amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods.   • End User License means any license terms imposed by any Third Party Vendor on Customers and End Users. “Force Majeure Event” means an event or occurrence:

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space on the premises approved by the department for the purpose of providing licensed child care.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Sublicense Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 below.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner, or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors. Furniture maintenance product does not include: dusting aids; wood cleaners, and products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning; and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Licensed facility means a facility licensed by the department under section 137 or an adult foster care facility.

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Licensed Service means performance of a service for any consideration using a Licensed Product, or the practice of a Licensed Process. For clarity, research and development of Licensed Products by Licensee, its Affiliates, or a Sublicensee does not constitute a Licensed Service.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.
