Licensed Affiliates means any present and future Affiliate of Cablevision so long as it remains an Affiliate of Cablevision and agrees in writing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Related to Licensed Affiliates

  • Sublicensees as used herein in either singular or plural shall mean any person or entity other than an AFFILIATED COMPANY to which Company has granted a sublicense under this Agreement.
