Licensed Antibodies definition

Licensed Antibodies means those Program Antibodies that are selected by Surface pursuant to Section 3.3(a), and any Program-Benefited Antibody generated from such Program Antibodies.
Licensed Antibodies means the antibodies known as of the Effective Date as BA3362 and [***], each as more specifically described in Schedule 1(a);
Licensed Antibodies means (a) all CSF1R Antibodies Controlled by Five Prime as of the Effective Date, including FPA008 and the Antibodies set forth on Exhibit B, (b) all CSF1R Antibodies Controlled or otherwise researched or developed by BMS during the Restricted Period, and (c) all modifications, derivatives, fragments or variants of any CSF1R Antibody set forth in part (a) or (b) of this definition.

Examples of Licensed Antibodies in a sentence

  • During the Term, in the event that Context reasonably believes additional BioAtla Know-How is necessary for the continued Exploitation of the Licensed Antibodies or Program Products, Context may reasonably request a copy of such additional BioAtla Know-How from BioAtla.

  • BioAtla shall provide to Context copies of all pre-clinical data and results from any and all completed pre-clinical activity for the Program Products or Licensed Antibodies, in electronic form or other mutually agreeable alternate form within [***] days following the Effective Date.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions hereunder, BioAtla hereby grants Context an exclusive license (exclusive even as to BioAtla and its Affiliates), sublicensable (with right of sublicense through multiple tiers), under the BioAtla Intellectual Property solely for the Exploitation of the Licensed Antibodies and Program Products in the Field in the Territory (collectively, the “License”).

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the ERA, Himalaya and BioAtla acknowledge and agree that the research and development work performed by BioAtla to date with respect to the Licensed Antibodies (as defined in the Context License Agreement) is not deemed to have been performed pursuant to the ERA.

  • Himalaya hereby acknowledges that as between the Parties, the identity and characteristics of the Licensed Antibodies and Program Products (each as defined in the Context License Agreement), the terms set forth on Exhibit A, and any information disclosed by BioAtla to Himalaya regarding the Licensed Antibodies and Program Products shall be deemed to be the Confidential Information of BioAtla.

Licensed Antibodies means (a) the VEGFR2 and PDL-1 monoclonal antibodies generated by Kadmon, and (b) any and all human monoclonal antibodies developed by Jinghua using the Technology.

Licensed Antibodies means (a) the human monoclonal antibodies identified in Exhibit A attached hereto, and (b) all antibodies directed to, raised against or that bind to M2e and/or HA discovered by or for Theraclone (or its Affiliate) or the Patents Covering which or Know-How pertaining to which are owned or Controlled by any of the foregoing, in each case at any time (including prior to or as of the Effective Date or at any time during the term of this Agreement). To avoid doubt, the term “antibody” as used in this definition and this Agreement includes both full-length antibodies, fragments thereof (that contain the complementarity-determining region (or “CDR”), and chemically modified versions thereof (including pegylated versions and regardless of whether containing amino acid substitutions)), all of the foregoing whether naturally occurring, artificially produced, raised in an artificial system, or created through modification of an antibody produced in any of the foregoing ways or otherwise.
