Licensed Antibodies definition

Licensed Antibodies means those Program Antibodies that are selected by Surface pursuant to Section 3.3(a), and any Program-Benefited Antibody generated from such Program Antibodies.
Licensed Antibodies means the antibodies known as of the Effective Date as BA3362 and [***], each as more specifically described in Schedule 1(a);
Licensed Antibodies means (i) Antibody [***] and all other Licensed Antibodies (as defined in the Option Agreement), including the antibodies listed on Exhibit A hereto, (ii) all monoclonal antibodies identified or generated by Inhibrx and/or its Affiliates during the Term directed against the Target, and (iii) any analog, fragment, variant, modification or derivative of any of the foregoing.

  • Except for the Prothena IP, (i) Prothena and its Affiliates do not own or control (by license or otherwise), as of the Effective Date, any Patent or Know-How that is necessary or useful to Develop, Manufacture or Commercialize the Licensed Target, Licensed Antibodies or Licensed Products and (ii) no other Know-How or Patents arose from, or were used in, the performance of the Licensed Program under the Master Collaboration Agreement.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Prothena hereby grants to Celgene an exclusive right and license, with the right to grant sublicenses (through multiple tiers), under the Prothena IP to research, develop (including Develop), make (including Manufacture), have made (including have Manufactured), use, offer for sale, sell, import, Commercialize and otherwise exploit Licensed Antibodies and Licensed Products, including Diagnostic Products, in the Field in the Territory.

More Definitions of Licensed Antibodies

Licensed Antibodies means (a) all CSF1R Antibodies Controlled by Five Prime as of the Effective Date, including FPA008 and the Antibodies set forth on Exhibit B, (b) all CSF1R Antibodies Controlled or otherwise researched or developed by BMS during the Restricted Period, and (c) all modifications, derivatives, fragments or variants of any CSF1R Antibody set forth in part (a) or (b) of this definition.
Licensed Antibodies means the Lead Antibody and the Back-up Antibodies.
Licensed Antibodies means those antibodies set forth on Schedule 2.2 hereto.
Licensed Antibodies means (a) the VEGFR2 and PDL-1 monoclonal antibodies generated by Kadmon, and (b) any and all human monoclonal antibodies developed by Jinghua using the Technology.
