  • Upon request by J▇▇▇▇▇▇, the Parties may negotiate in good faith to enter into a Statement of Work, a template of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit J, under which Arrowhead would provide certain services to J▇▇▇▇▇▇ in relation to the [**] of any Licensed Product or Licensed Construct on [**] (the “Arrowhead Services”).

  • All non-public information exchanged between the Parties or between a Party’s outside patent counsel and the other Party regarding the Prosecution, enforcement and defense of the Arrowhead Patent Rights, Joint Agreement Patent Rights or otherwise related to any Licensed Construct or Licensed Product, and all shared information regarding analyses or opinions of Third Party Patent Rights or Know- How, shall be deemed Confidential Information.
