Licensed CPU definition

Licensed CPU means a central processing unit controlled by the Customer in a multiple-user environment accessed by means of a modem, a network, or other means of remote access and/or on a single standalone computer;
Licensed CPU means the central processing unit, and its associated equipment, which is identified by model number and serial number on the annexed Schedule B.
Licensed CPU means the central processing unit and its associated equipment that is identified by model and serial number on the annexed Schedule A and any other central processing unit identified by Licensee by model and serial number to Licensor.

Examples of Licensed CPU in a sentence

  • If, during the License Term, PDD desires to use the Software for additional simultaneous Users, at another site, or on a different Licensed CPU (for host-locked licenses), PDD shall secure the prior approval of the relevant member of the Pharmacopeia Group, which will not be unreasonably withheld but which will be conditioned upon payment by PDD of the Pharmacopeia Group’s then-current license fees for such additional Users, additional site or different Licensed CPU.

  • If, after the expiration or termination of the License Term, PDD desires to use the Software for additional simultaneous users, at another site, or on a different Licensed CPU (for host-locked licenses), PDD shall secure the prior approval of the relevant member of the Pharmacopeia Group, which may be granted subject to additional charges.

  • Licensee shall only use the EuroSim Software on another computer system if and as long as a Licensed CPU does not function due to defects or maintenance activities.

  • When the use of the Licensed CPU is resumed, the Saccades Software should immediately be removed from the replacement computer system.

  • Licensee shall not transfer the EuroSim Software or any data carrier on which it is stored (whether or not as a part of the Licensed CPU), nor any License Key to any third party, grant any third party any (limited) rights to the EuroSim Software or grant access to any License Key.

  • Con Edison may use the Licensed Software on a back-up CPU during any periods when the Licensed CPU is inoperable.

  • Licensee shall only use the Saccades Software on another computer system if and as long as a Licensed CPU does not function due to defects or maintenance activities.

  • If, after the expiration or termination of the License Term, PDD desires to use the Software for additional simultaneous users, at another site, or on a different Licensed CPU (for host-locked licenses), PDD shall secure Pharmacopeia's prior approval, which may be granted subject to additional charges.

  • Licensee may temporarily transfer the license granted hereunder to a back-up CPU if the Licensed CPU is inoperative for any reason.

  • Licensor hereby grants to Con Edison a nonexclusive license in perpetuity to use the Licensed Software on the Licensed CPU during the term hereof and to use the Licensed Documentation during the term hereof.

  • Licensed producer means an agent, broker, or reinsurance intermediary licensed pursuant to the applicable provision of the insurance law of any jurisdiction.
