Licensed Developer Agreement definition

Licensed Developer Agreement or "LDA" means a valid and current license agreement for the development of Licensed Products for the System, fully executed between a Licensed Developer and SCEA or an Affiliate of SCEA.
Licensed Developer Agreement means a valid and current license agreement authorizing the development of software for any System, fully executed between a Licensed Developer and a SIE Company.
Licensed Developer Agreement or %DA" means a valid and current license agreement for the development of Licensed Products for the System, fully executed between a Licensed Developer and SCEA or an Affiliate of SCEA.
