Funeral director means any person engaged in the practice of funeral directing.
Clinical Director means an individual who meets the minimum requirements set forth in Title 9, CCR, and has at least two (2) years of full-time professional experience working in a mental health setting.
Medical director means any physician licensed under Iowa Code chapter 148, 150, or 150A who shall be responsible for overall medical direction of the service program and who has completed a medical director workshop, sponsored by the department, within one year of assuming duties.
Local director means the director or his designated representative of the local department of the
Funeral directing means the for-profit profession of directing or supervising funerals, preparing
Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.
Athletic director means an individual responsible for administering the overall athletic program of an educational institution or, if an educational institution has separately administered athletic programs for male students and female students, the athletic program for males or the athletic program for females, as appropriate.
Public Works Director means the director of public works, or his or her designee.
Executive Director means the executive director of the
Project Director means an employee of the Recipient designated by the Authorized Representative to be responsible for the overall management of the administrative and technical aspects of the executed Agreement. The Project Director is set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.
Regional Director means the Regional Director of the Southwestern Region of the Ministry;
Division Director means the Director of the Division of Family Services within the Department.
Professional Technologist means a person holding registration as Professional Engineering Technologist in terms of the Engineering Profession Act, 2000.
shadow director means, in relation to a company, any person in accordance with whose directions or instructions the directors of the company are accustomed to act, but the person is not deemed to be a shadow director by reason only that the directors act on advice given by that person in a professional capacity; and
Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.
Non-Executive Director Means any director who is not an Executive Director.
Medical management technique means a practice which is used to control the cost or utilization of health care services or prescription drug use. The term includes, without limitation, the use of step therapy, prior authorization or categorizing drugs and devices based on cost, type or method of administration.
Chief Student Services Officer means the Administrative Officer at the College who has overall management responsibility for student services, or his/her designee.
Deputy Director means the Deputy Director of the Authority, as the case may be.
Medical direction means direction, advice, or orders provided by a medical director, supervising physician, or physician designee (in accordance with written parameters and protocols) to emergency medical care personnel.
Cosmetologist means any person who administers cosmetic treatments; manicures or pedicures the nails of any person; arranges, dresses, curls, waves, cuts, shapes, singes, waxes, tweezes, shaves, bleaches, colors, relaxes, straightens, or performs similar work, upon human hair, or a wig or hairpiece, by any means, including hands or mechanical or electrical apparatus or appliances unless such acts as adjusting, combing, or brushing prestyled wigs or hairpieces do not alter the prestyled nature of the wig or hairpiece, and practices cosmetology for compensation. The term "cosmetologist" shall not include hair braiding upon human hair, or a wig or hairpiece.
Supervising physician means any physician licensed under Iowa Code chapter 148, 150, or 150A. The supervising physician is responsible for medical direction of emergency medical care personnel when such personnel are providing emergency medical care.
Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.

Finance Director means the Finance Director of the Trust;
Medical cannabis pharmacy means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.
