Licensed Party definition

Licensed Party means a Party and its Subsidiaries, each in its capacity as licensee under any License.
Licensed Party mean Company or any of its Sublicensees.
Licensed Party means (i) RBS in its capacity as a licensee for the purposes of the licenses granted in Section 3.03(c) and (ii) the Company in its capacity as a licensee for the purposes of the licenses granted in Section 3.03(d).

More Definitions of Licensed Party

Licensed Party. Means an entity licensed under this Agreement.
Licensed Party is a single one of the Licensed Parties.
Licensed Party means, collectively or individually, (a) a Party, provided that such Party’s rights and licenses under this Agreement have not been terminated pursuant to Section 5.2(a) or 5.2(b) hereof, and/or (b) all of such Party’s Subsidiaries that are bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and with respect to which the rights and licenses under this Agreement have not been terminated pursuant to Section 5.2(a) or 5.2(b).
Licensed Party has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(b).
