Licensed Party definition

Licensed Party means a Party in its capacity as licensee under the applicable licenses set forth in Article 2.
Licensed Party mean Company or any of its Sublicensees.
Licensed Party means (i) the Provider in its capacity as a licensee for the purposes of the licenses granted in Section 12.2 and (ii) the Recipient in its capacity as a licensee for the purposes of the licenses granted in Section 12.1.

More Definitions of Licensed Party

Licensed Party means, collectively or individually, (a) a Party, provided that such Party’s rights and licenses under this Agreement have not been terminated pursuant to Section 5.2(a) or 5.2(b) hereof, and/or (b) all of such Party’s Subsidiaries that are bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and with respect to which the rights and licenses under this Agreement have not been terminated pursuant to Section 5.2(a) or 5.2(b).
