Licensed Product Specifications definition

Licensed Product Specifications means the technical description and specifications of the Licensed Products that CSC uses to build and support the Licensed Products, but that are not provided to CSC clients or resellers.

Licensed Product Specifications means LICENSOR’S standards for the items listed in the definition of “Licensed Products” established and communicated by LICENSOR to LICENSEE from time to time. In addition thereto, prior to submission of such samples, LICENSEE shall conduct its normal tests and verification procedures on each sample to assure that the quality of the Licensed Products meets or exceeds the Licensed Product Specifications.
