No right, license or privilege has been granted to Publisher hereunder concerning the development of any collateral product or other use or purpose of any kind whatsoever which displays or depicts any of the Licensed Trademarks.
The Licensed Trademarks and the goodwill associated therewith are and shall be the exclusive property of SCEA or Affiliates of SCEA.
