Licensed Varieties definition

Licensed Varieties means the varieties listed in Schedule 2.

• If Seller breaches any of its obligations related to the Production License, including without limitation, (a) producing Durum Wheat Products that are not Licensed Varieties; (b) producing Licensed Varieties for purposes other than the scope of the limited license; and/or (c) failing to notify Purchaser of a Change of Control event, Purchaser may terminate the Production License with immediate effect by providing written notice to Seller.

• Harvested Material means the grain, fodder or hay produced from crops of the Licensed Varieties grown from Seed or Retained Seed.
