Licensee will keep Anacor reasonably informed with regard to any matters related to the Prosecution of Licensee Background Patents that are relevant to the Development, use or Commercialization of the Licensed Product.
Licensee shall have the sole right to Prosecute Licensee Background Patents and final decision making authority with respect thereto.
