Examples of Licensee Contact in a sentence

  • Each Licensee Contact may not be changed more than once in a thirty (30) day period.

  • Licensee agrees to allow TRIARQ to use remote access tools, with the participation and under the supervision of a Licensee Contact, to access the Software in the Supported Environment and modify its configuration as part of TRIARQ Error determination and resolution activities.

  • To the maximum extent practicable, Licensee’s communications with ISx will be through the Licensee Contact.

  • Licensee shall designate a single Authorized Employee who shall receive all Confidential Information and Highly Confidential Information (the “Licensee Contact”) disclosed by Licensor and may designate a single alternative Authorized Employee (“Alternate Licensee Contact”) who shall be entitled to receive such Confidential or Highly Confidential Information in the event that Licensee Contact is absent at the time such information is to be provided.

  • In the event that a specific Designated Licensee Contact, or an alternate, leaves Licensee's employ or position, Licensee shall designate a replacement for the relevant contact.

  • Prior to the provision of any Highly Confidential Information to the Licensee Contact, Alternate Licensee Contact, or Additional Licensee Contact, such Licensee Contact, Alternate Licensee Contact, or Additional Licensee Contact shall have complied with all of his/her obligations under Section 5.2(b) hereof.
