Licensee Facilities definition

Licensee Facilities means, without limitation, aerial, surface or underground wires, amplifiers, antennas, boxes, cabinets, cables (including fiber optic and coaxial cables), circuits, conduits, conductors, converters, copper wires, decoders, demodulators, drop wires, ducts, electronics, encoders, equipment, generators, hubs, inner-ducts, lasers, manholes, microwave, modulators, multiplexers, networks, nodes, optical fibers, optical repeaters, patch panels, processors, receivers, splice boxes, switches, tap-offs, terminals, traps, vaults, wires, wire and wireless transmitters and receivers, and other similar equipment owned, leased, or controlled by the Licensee that is used for or is useful in the provision of Communications Service, in existence either as of the Effective Date or at any time during the term of this Agreement and located in or on the City Facilities.
Licensee Facilities means the facilities and equipment produced or developed by the Licensee that are required for the due implementation of the Smart Parking System.
Licensee Facilities means all facilities, including but not limited to fiber optic cables, equipment necessary to connect to the Burlington Fiber System, including modems, computer hardware and software, and long distance or local telephone service, and equipment and all associated hardware, owned by the Licensee that occupy and use the identified portion of the Burlington Fiber System. “Licensee Facilities” shall not include any of Licensee’s facilities that are not connected to the City’s Fiber System. It is anticipated by this Agreement that the Fiber System as described in Exhibit “A” shall constitute a backbone from which Telecommunications services shall be provided by the Licensee, and that Exhibit “A” shall be modified from time-to-time as the Burlington Fiber System is expanded or upgraded. As such, Exhibit “A” may therefore be amended with the written acknowledgment of the City and the Licensee.

Examples of Licensee Facilities in a sentence

  • Licensee Facilities may have less than forty inches (40”) vertical separation from National Grid grounded electric facilities (e.g. streetlights, transformer casings, etc.).

  • If AT&T becomes aware of any such unauthorized attachment to Licensee Facilities, AT&T shall use its best efforts to rectify the situation as soon as practicable.

  • All necessary work to install Licensee Facilities will be performed by Licensee or its contractor at Licensee’s expense.

  • At the point of pole attachment, Licensee Facilities shall at all times maintain forty inches (40”) vertical separation from National Grid electric cables and ungrounded electric facilities.

  • Licensee may use the License Area for the purpose of installing, operating and maintaining (i) a standby generator, self-contained fuel source and secure enclosure and (ii) related equipment (together, "Licensee Facilities") to provide standby electric service as needed to support Licensor's load (“Permitted Use”) and no other use.


More Definitions of Licensee Facilities

Licensee Facilities shall not include any of Licensee’s facilities that are not connected to the City’s Fiber System. It is anticipated by this Agreement that the Fiber System as described in Exhibit “A” shall constitute a backbone from which Telecommunications services shall be provided by the Licensee, and that Exhibit “A” shall be modified from time-to-time as the Burlington Fiber System is expanded or upgraded. As such, Exhibit “A” may therefore be amended with the written acknowledgment of the City and the Licensee.
Licensee Facilities means any premises regulated by the board for producing, processing, or retailing marijuana or marijuana products.
Licensee Facilities means space, environment, and other facilities, which are to be provided by Licensee in connection with the installation, operation, or maintenance of the System. c. “Software” shall mean the Computer Software developed and owned by TransCore. This consists of the following modules:  TransSuite® ATMS Map  TransSuite® ATMS Explorer  TransSuite® Traffic Control System (TCS)  TransSuite® Central Communications Server (CCS)  TransSuite® Video Control System (VCS)  TransSuite® Traveler Information System (TIS)  TransSuite® Event Management System (EMS)  TransSuite® Unified Controller Manager (UCM)  TransSuite® Traffic Management System (TMS) d. “Specific Equipment” shall mean that which is either provided by TransCore or approved by TransCore for use as a platform for the software and is located at the Licensee’s Facilities.
Licensee Facilities means the manufacturing facility owned or controlled by Licensee, located in Slovenia or other additional licensed countries; provided, however, there shall be only one Licensee Facility, which shall be in Slovenia, where the Media Production Technology is employed.
Licensee Facilities means (i) the Wireless Communications Equipment and (ii) all other property of the Licensee that is installed, situated in, or otherwise present in the Public Rights-of-Way at any time.
