Licensee Service definition

Licensee Service means the execution of an Object Code copy of a Licensee Product owned by Licensee or a Subsidiary of Licensee that takes place on either (a) a Licensee or Subsidiary of Licensee-owned computer system, or (b) on a third-party-owned computer system where the execution of the Licensee Product is under the direct supervision and control of Licensee or a Subsidiary of Licensee.
Licensee Service means the service developed or optimized by Licensee, including but not limited to a chatbot service, to enable users to easily access Contents through the Samsung Service, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, including without limitation, Licensee’s Technology, together with their applicable upgrades, enhancements, fixes and versions, that Licensee may deliver to Samsung and/or Users under this Agreement.
Licensee Service means the wireline or wireless telecommunications services provided or intended to be provided by Licensee to its customers using its Equipment.

  • Any belongings of the Licensee (Service Provider), if found in such premises shall be liable to be auctioned unless claimed within one month of the assumption of such possession by the Licenser.

Licensee Service means Licensee’s proprietary service(s) through which it makes available the S&P Services.

  • Licensed Service means performance of a service for any consideration using a Licensed Product, or the practice of a Licensed Process. For clarity, research and development of Licensed Products by Licensee, its Affiliates, or a Sublicensee does not constitute a Licensed Service.
