Licenses or Permits definition

Licenses or Permits means any approval, consent, license, permit, franchise, approval registration, waiver or other authorization issued, granted, given or otherwise made available by or under the authority of any Governmental Authority or pursuant to any Law, including without limitation any Environmental, Health, and Safety Law, that is held by or otherwise relates to the business of, or to any of the assets owned or used by, the Acquired Companies.

Examples of Licenses or Permits in a sentence

  • The Licenses and Permits are adequate for the operation of the Company's business; are valid and in full force and effect, and no basis exists for a grantor of any such Licenses or Permits to terminate the same.

  • There is no default on the part of Seller or, to Seller’s knowledge, any other party under any of the Licenses and Permits, and there exists no grounds for revocation, suspension or limitation of any of the Licenses or Permits.
