Licensing by DA definition

Licensing by DA means the process of approval by the DA of an application to operate an establishment for the production (including operations carried out in the crop industry, animal husbandry, aquaculture, fish capture, chemical and fertilizer industries and veterinary medicine) post harvest treatment, preparation, packaging, transport and/or storage of food in the primary production and post harvest stages of the food supply chain in accordance with the requirements of the Food Safety Act.

Related to Licensing by DA

  • License Type means the type of license granted be it subscription license for a specified duration or a perpetual license, such information being as specified in the Notification Form.

  • Patent License Agreement means the Patent License Agreement by and between Buyer and Seller substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.

  • Sublicense Agreement means any agreement or arrangement pursuant to which Licensee (or an Affiliate or Sublicensee) grants to any third party any of the license rights granted to the Licensee under the Agreement.

  • Sublicense Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.6 below.

  • Licensing state means any state with regulations equivalent to the suggested state regulations for control of radiation relating to, and an effective program for, the regulatory control of NARM and which has been granted final designation by the Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors, Inc.
