Licensing file definition

Licensing file means the official Department record for a particular foster family home. It shall include (but is not limited to) the application, the home study, and copies of all forms required for approval, denial, renewal, or any other foster home actions, as well as all narrative updates. (The official file must contain “hard” copies of information accessible to the applicant.)
Licensing file means a file that is opened and maintained on an educator following a written complaint to the Commission.
