Licensor Brand Features definition

Licensor Brand Features means all trademarks, service marks, logos and other distinctive brand features of Licensor that are used in or relate to the Licensor Content, including, without limitation, the trademarks, service marks and logos described in Exhibit B hereto.
Licensor Brand Features means all trademarks, service marks, logos and other distinctive brand features of Licensor that are used in the Licensor Content which are protected under U.S. copyright law or as to which Licensor has established trademarks or trade dress rights, including, without limitation, the trademarks, service marks and logos described in EXHIBIT B hereto.
Licensor Brand Features means all trademarks, service marks, logos and other distinctive brand features of Licensor that are used in or relate to the Licensor Content, including, without limitation, the trademarks, service marks and logos described in EXHIBIT B hereto.

Examples of Licensor Brand Features in a sentence

  • Yahoo will not alter or impair any acknowledgment of copyright or other Intellectual Property Rights of Licensor that may appear in the Licensor Content and the Licensor Brand Features, including all copyright, trademark and similar notices that Licensor may reasonably request.

  • Yahoo acknowledges and agrees that: (i) as between Licensor on the one hand, and Yahoo and its Affiliates on the other, Licensor owns all right, title and interest in the Licensor Content and the Licensor Brand Features; (ii) nothing in this Agreement shall confer in Yahoo or an Affiliate any right of ownership in the Licensor Content or the Licensor Brand Features; and (iii) neither Yahoo or its Affiliates shall now or in the future contest the validity of the Licensor Brand Features.

  • In addition to any responsibilities that may be set forth in EXHIBIT C, Yahoo will be solely responsible for the design, layout, posting, and maintenance of the Content Pages including, without limitation, all buttons, links and modules; provided that the size and placement of the Licensor Brand Features shall be substantially similar to those in EXHIBIT F.

  • DIT will not alter or impair any acknowledgment of copyright or other Intellectual Property Rights of Licensor that may appear in the Licensor Content and the Licensor Brand Features, including all copyright, trademark and similar notices that Licensor may reasonably request.

Related to Licensor Brand Features

  • Brand Features means the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features of each party, respectively, as secured by such party from time to time.

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.

  • Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.

  • Licensor means the copyright owner or entity authorized by the copyright owner that is granting the License.

  • Product Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 9.5.

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Publisher means any person or entity that distributes copies of the Document to the public.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Licensors means PRS and MCPS.

  • Product Trademarks means the Trademark(s) to be used by Adapt or its Affiliates or its or their respective Sublicensees for the Commercialization of Products and any registrations thereof or any pending applications relating thereto (excluding, in any event, any trademarks, service marks, names or logos that include any corporate name or logo of the Parties or their Affiliates).

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents, the Licensor Know-How, Licensor Materials, and Non-Patent Rights Controlled by Licensor or its Affiliates embodied in Licensor Know-How or Licensor Materials.

  • Licensee has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • Trade Dress means a logo, insignia, or emblem attached to or visible from the exterior of a TNC

  • Product Trademark means one or more trademarks or logos that are used for the Commercialization of a Product in the Field in the Territory.

  • Licensed Trademark means those Trademarks set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and such other Trademarks as may be designated by NovaDel in writing from time to time, and any registrations of the foregoing and pending applications relating thereto.

  • Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation.

  • VAR means value-at-risk.

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • Licensor Know-How means any and all Know-How that (a) is Controlled by Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or at any time thereafter during the Term and (b) pertains to the Manufacture, use or sale of Licensed Products, including Research Inventions (other than Research Patents).

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.
