Licensor Channels definition

Licensor Channels means retail outlets controlled by Licensor, including, without limitation, Licensor’s catalog, Licensor’s stand alone retail stores, Licensor’s factory outlet stores, Licensor Special Accounts (as hereinafter defined), Licensor’s Internet website or any similar electronic vehicle operated by or on behalf of Licensor, Licensor’s facilities for sales to employees of Licensor and its affiliates, and Licensor’s retail stores that are situated in department stores located outside the United States.
Licensor Channels means retail outlets and wholesale distributors controlled by Licensor, including without limitation Licensor's catalog, Licensor's stand alone retail stores, Licensor's factory outlet stores, Licensor's retail stores that are situated within department stores located outside the United States and Licensor Special Accounts (as hereinafter defined); provided, however, that any such retail outlet or wholesale distributor (with the exception of Licensor Special Accounts) not operated by Licensor or by any entity controlled by Licensor shall not be deemed a Licensor Channel.
Licensor Channels means Frederick’s Of Hollywood retail stores operating under the Licensed Property or other intellectual property (related to the Frederick’s Of Hollywood brand) which are authorized by Licensor. To the extent permitted by applicable Law (as hereinafter defined), Licensor and/or its affiliates shall not resell Licensed Product(s) purchased from Licensee under this Section 1(f)(i) at a price below the Licensee’s lowest retail price unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the parties.

  • This license shall be exclusive to Licensee and shall extend to all countries where Licensor has the right to use the Licensed Marks, provided, however, that Licensor shall retain the right, and Licensee shall have no right, to use the Trade Name and Licensed Marks on or in connection with the sale, marketing and/or distribution of the Licensed Products through Licensor Channels and for purposes of enforcing Licensor's intellectual property rights.

  • Licensed Programs means, collectively, NeoSystems’ and any Third Party Vendor computer software programs to be provided to Client for use on certain hardware on Client’s premises or a third party’s premises as set forth in an Agreement. The Licensed Programs shall include any fixes, work-arounds, updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and any derivative works that are provided to Client by NeoSystems under an Agreement.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.
