  • Customer hereby indemnifies and holds harmless, subject to Section 6(e), to the fullest extent permitted by law, Licensor Related Parties and its assigns from and against any fines, penalties, judgments, settlements, and reasonable documented costs, including attorneys’ fees, that may arise as a result of Customer’s and Customer’s agents’, officers’, directors’ or employees’ breach of this provision.

  • If Licensor and/or any other Licensor Related Party is found by a court of law to have failed to perform its obligations in accordance with any of the provisions of this Agreement or in connection with this Agreement for any reason, any money judgment resulting from such failure shall be satisfied only out of Licensor’s interest in the Premises, and Licensor Related Parties, shall have no personal liability hereunder.

  • Contractor Related Parties means any affliates of the Contractor and the Contractor's executive officers, Pennsylvania officers and directors, or owners of 5 percent or more interest in the Contractor.

  • Seller Related Parties means Seller and its Affiliates, and their respective fiduciaries, shareholders, equity holders, members, managers, partners, directors, divisions, officers, managers, executives, employees, independent contractors, freelancers, consultants and other Representatives, and the successors and assigns of each of them.
