Lien Instrument definition

Lien Instrument means any instrument creating or authorizing the creation of a lien on property, including:
Lien Instrument means a mortgage, deed of trust, deed to secure debt or other lien instrument covering real property.
Lien Instrument means any document (or other instrument) evidencing any Lien securing the Obligations pursuant to any Negotiable Collateral.
