Lien Instrument definition

Lien Instrument means any instrument creating or authorizing the creation of a lien on property, including:
Lien Instrument means any document (or other instrument) evidencing any Lien securing the Obligations pursuant to any Negotiable Collateral.
Lien Instrument means any of the following recorded in the County: (i) the Existing Lien Instruments, as such instruments may be consolidated, spread, amended, modified, extended or restated from time to time, (ii) any of the New Lien Instruments, as they may be consolidated, spread, amended, modified extended or restated from time to time, and (iii) the IDB Lien Instruments as they may be consolidated, spread, amended, modified, extended or restated from time to time.

  • All amounts so expended by Lender shall be deemed to have been disbursed to Borrower as Loan proceeds and secured by the Lien Instrument.

Lien Instrument means any Initial Lien Instrument, as any such instrument may be amended, renewed and restated from time to time; "Lien Instruments" means all of the Initial Lien Instruments, as the same may be amended, renewed and restated from time to time.
Lien Instrument or "Mortgage" shall mean that certain Mortgage Modification and Spreader Agreement of even date herewith, executed by Borrower and granting a lien on the Property to Lender, as such instrument may be amended and restated from time to time.
Lien Instrument means a mortgage, a deed of trust, a land installment contract, including those defined in Code, Real Property Article §10-101 (b), a contract creating a lien pursuant to Code, Real Property Article, §§14-201 through 14-205, a deed or other instrument reserving a vendor's lien, an instrument creating or authorizing the creation of a lien in favor of a homeowners' association, a condominium council of unit owners, a property owners' association or a community association, a security agreement, and any other instrument creating or authorizing the creation of a lien upon the property.
