Advertising Injury means injury arising out of one or more of the following offenses:
Serious bodily injury means bodily injury which involves a substantial risk of death, unconsciousness, extreme physical pain, protracted and obvious disfigurement, or protracted loss or impairment of the function of a bodily member, organ, or mental faculty.
Serious injury means a significant overall impairment in the position of a domestic industry;
Traumatic injury means a condition of the body, such as a wound or external or internal injury, whether of a minor or serious nature, caused by physical force.
Accidental Injury means an Injury sustained as a result of an external force or forces that is/are sudden, direct and unforeseen and is/are exact as to time and place. A hernia of any kind will only be considered as an Illness.
