Life Cycle Maintenance Plan definition

Life Cycle Maintenance Plan means the plan of that name described in HPTE’s Service Requirements.
Life Cycle Maintenance Plan means the plan produced annually by Developer identifying Renewal Work and Handback Requirements needs on a rolling five-year basis; the estimated costs and timing of those needs and such other information as may be reasonably requested by the Authority, as described in Section 23 of the Requirements and Provisions for Work.

Examples of Life Cycle Maintenance Plan in a sentence

  • Until resolution of any Dispute relating to a Life Cycle Maintenance Plan, the treatment of the disputed Tasks in the most recently-approved Life Cycle Maintenance Plan will remain in effect and govern the requirements relating to such Tasks.
