  • If payments are not made Lift and Shift Ltd reserve the right to fit our own security locks to the unit until payment is made in full.

  • Unless contact is made to Lift and Shift Ltd within 14 working days of the unit removal, the contents shall be disposed of (as above) and any such costs incurred shall be charged to the hirer).

  • If the Operator wishes to Lift and Shift equipment then BT will provide a quotation for such a service on a case by case basis within a target of 10 working days.

  • Lift and Shift Ltd will not be responsible for loss or damage to contents of the unit what so ever throughout the whole of the hire period.
