Limitations on Actions definition

Limitations on Actions. Notwithstanding any applicable law that may provide for a longer period of time, no action, regardless of its form and including if the action involves nonpayment, arising out of this Agreement may be brought by either party more than four (4) years after the party first becomes aware of the facts upon which a cause of action arises.
