Limited Access Areas definition

Limited Access Areas means and shall be a building, room or other contiguous area upon the licensed premises where marijuana is grown, cultivated, stored, weighed, displayed, packaged, sold or possessed for sale, under control of the licensee, with limited access to only those persons licensed by the State Licensing Authority.

Limited Access Areas means those areas of the Airport the Port has made available to tie down Aircraft or to provide access to T-Hangars for use by Airport tenants or persons moving Aircraft, shown on Exhibit 'A' attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Limited Access Areas means those areas within the Ballpark Property to which the right of access by the City and other Persons is controlled by means of credentials issued by the Padres. Such credentials shall be issued upon City request and not be unreasonably withheld. The Limited Access Areas shall include the following areas: (a) the ticket windows, and only Padres’ personnel shall be permitted to operate the equipment located therein; (b) the scoreboard and video control areas, and only Padres’ personnel shall be permitted to operate the equipment located therein; and (c) the auditorium, in which non-technical set-up may be staffed by the City or other users or occupants, but only Padres’ personnel shall be permitted to operate the technical equipment located therein.

Examples of Limited Access Areas in a sentence

  • Licnesee personnel are not permitted unescorted access to the Marine Security Guard Residence, Limited Access Areas, Controlled Access Areas, or areas above Floor 4.

  • If it is believed that the specified degree of cleaning is not possible in an area, follow the requirements outlined in 3.08, Limited Access Areas.

  • Landlord shall comply with applicable State requirements for access to the Limited Access Areas, but Tenant shall fully cooperate in allowing Landlord access, including, but not limited to providing an appropriate licensee to accompany the Landlord and issuing the appropriate visitor badges.

  • The Security Procedures are designed to verify the authenticity of, not to detect errors in, Customer’s Payment Orders and other Instructions, and Bank has no obligation to detect errors in Customer’s Payment Orders and other Instructions.

  • The City may only schedule use of the Limited Access Area(s) during non-school hours.
