Limited Purpose definition

Limited Purpose means to control and view the status of Products solely for internal business purposes; provided that in no event will Customer use the Software Services for any purpose related to the collection of seismic data in the oil and gas industry.
Limited Purpose means command, control, configure and view the status of LRI’s Wave Glider unmanned vehicles, up to the quantity of vehicles for which Customer has paid all applicable license or subscription fees, in accordance with and for the purposes described in the Documentation.
Limited Purpose has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06.
