Examples of Limited Rehabilitation in a sentence

  • The rehabilitation scope of work must include, at a minimum, scope of work as outlined in the Limited Rehabilitation and Moderate Rehabilitation requirements above, as described in the Physical Needs Assessment along with corrective actions for all deficiencies noted, and the major building systems will not require further substantial rehabilitation for a period of at least fifteen (15) years from the required placed in service date.

  • Developments proposing Limited Rehabilitation must be rehabilitated so that, upon completion of all rehabilitation, rehabilitation hard costs must be no less than the greatest of 20% of building acquisition cost or six thousand dollars ($6,000) per unit.

For purposes of this definition, the value of the repairs or improvements means the Development Cost. To be considered “Substantial Rehabilitation,” there must be at least the foundations remaining from the previous structures, suitable to support the proposed construction.

  • Rehabilitative services means specialized services provided by a therapist or a therapist’s assistant to a resident to attain optimal functioning, including, but not limited to, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, and audiology.

  • Rehabilitation facility means a non-residential facility that provides therapy and training rehabilitation services at a single location in a coordinated fashion, by or under the supervision of a physician pursuant to the law of the jurisdiction in which treatment is provided.   • Rehabilitative employment means any occupation or employment for wage or profit or any course or training that entitles the disabled employee to an allowance, provided such rehabilitative employment has the approval of the employee’s doctor and the underwriter of the Plan. If earnings are received by an employee during a period of total disability and if such earnings are derived from employment which has not been approved as rehabilitative employment, then the regular monthly benefit from the Plan shall be reduced by one hundred percent (100%) of such earnings.
