Limited Release definition

Limited Release means items accepted by MANGO in terms of this Limited Release handling procedure are handled at the sole risk of the Guest. The act of handing such duly identified items of baggage over to MANGO (or its Agents) thereby indemnifies the carrier against any subsequent claim for alleged damage to- and/or pilferage from- such item or its contents.
Limited Release has the meaning set forth in Clause 3.03.
Limited Release or “Limited Liability“ means items carried by MANGO which are not Baggage, and for which MANGO accepts no liability. The Guest indemnifies us and our agents against any subsequent claim for alleged Damage to and/or pilferage or loss of such items or their content, whether disclosed or identified or not. Such items are handled and carried at the sole risk of the Guest, and the Guest is advised to obtain its own insurance in respect of such items.

  • Your use of the UPS Returns on the Web services, including associated billing and payments terms for Tendered Shipments manifested through the UPS Returns on the Web API, is governed by the UPS Returns on the Web™ Limited Release Contract Carrier Agreement (“ROW Agreement”) between You and UPSI.

  • The Company’s obligation to provide severance payments and benefits to Executive under this Agreement is expressly contingent upon the Company’s receipt no later than sixty (60) days after the Date of Termination of an executed and non-revocable Limited Release in a form customarily utilized by the Company for such matters (the “Limited Release”).

  • The Company will have no obligation to provide severance payments or benefits to Executive in the event that Executive (i) does not deliver to the Company an executed and non-revocable Limited Release, or (ii) does deliver an executed and non-revocable Limited Release to the Company, but Executive breaches any representation, warranty or covenant of the Limited Release after delivery.

  • Upon your execution and delivery of such Release Agreement, HNC will enter into a Limited Release Agreement with you in the form of Exhibit "B" attached hereto.

  • We may offer certain Products to you at no charge, including free accounts, trial use, and access to Limited Release Versions (as defined below) (collectively, “No- Charge Products”).

  • Philips shall e‐mail a Limited Release document along with a copy of said final Royalty Reporting Form to Registrant’s Royalty Reporting Contact within 30 days of the last to be received of (i) said final Royalty Reporting Form and (ii) payment in full of the Balance Due (and all interest due thereon).
