Line Function Services definition

Line Function Services means the provision, maintenance and operation of Fittings for the conveyance of Electricity to Consumers’ Points of Supply in accordance with Good Industry Practice and includes Remote Signal Services and Remote Data Communication Services;
Line Function Services means the provision and maintenance of works for the conveyance of electricity and the operation of such works, including the control of voltage and assumption of responsibility for losses of electricity;
Line Function Services means the provision and operation of the Network.

  • Any Consumer Complaint about Line Function Services and, in relation to Conveyance Only Consumer Contracts, includes Consumer Complaints about billing.

  • You may have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 and/or other laws (the ‘Acts’) in respect to MainPower’s supply of Line Function Services.

  • Where there is a change in pricing methodology the Distributor has the right to amend the Charges for Line Function Services after giving not less than 60 days written notice.

Related to Line Function Services

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.
