Line of Credit Receivable definition

Line of Credit Receivable means each Receivable arising from a line of credit extended to an Obligor.
Line of Credit Receivable means each Receivable arising from a line of credit extended to an Obligor. “Loan” means each revolving loan made to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1(a).
Line of Credit Receivable shall have the meaning set forth in the Senior Facility.

  • The State Licensed Line of Credit Receivable Cash Collection Percentage shall not be less than the percentage set forth in the applicable table in Schedule 6.17(a)(i) with respect to all Receivables of a Common Age within such Static Pool.

Related to Line of Credit Receivable

  • Line of Credit mean the credit facility described in the Section titled "LINE OF CREDIT" below.

  • Revolving Line of Credit means the Commitments of the Lenders to make Revolving Loans pursuant to Section 3 of this Financing Agreement and assist the Companies in opening Letters of Credit, Bankers Acceptances, Steamship Guarantees and Airway Releases pursuant to Section 5 of this Financing Agreement, in an aggregate amount equal to $250,000,000.

  • Line of Credit Note shall have the meaning given the term in Section 2.1.a.

  • Credit Card Advance Rate means 90%.

  • Inventory Advance Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(y)(ii) hereof.

  • Equity Line of Credit shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.13.

  • Credit Line as defined in Section 2.1.

  • Receivables Advance Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(y)(i) hereof.

  • Letter of Credit Reserve has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.2(d).

  • Loan Value means for any Loan that is not a Defaulted Receivable on any day (including the Cut-off Date) (A) with respect to Precomputed Loans, (i) the present value of the future Scheduled Payments discounted monthly at the applicable Implicit Rate of Return plus (ii) any past due Scheduled Payments reflected on the Servicer’s records plus (iii) the unamortized amounts of any purchase premiums minus (iv) the unamortized amounts of any purchase discounts and (B) with respect to Simple Interest Loans, (i) the balance reflected on the Servicer’s records plus (ii) the unamortized amounts of any purchase premiums minus (iii) the unamortized amounts of any purchase discounts. Defaulted Receivables that are Loans shall be deemed to have a Loan Value equal to the outstanding Loan Value at the time it became a Defaulted Receivable less the amount written off as uncollectible in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy.

  • Collateral Loan means a Senior Secured Loan, a Senior Secured Bond, a First Lien/Last Out Loan or a Second Lien Loan or a Participation Interest in any Senior Secured Loan, First Lien/Last Out Loan or Second Lien Loan that as of the date of acquisition by the Borrower meets each of the following criteria:

  • Letter-of-Credit Right means a right to payment or performance under a letter of credit, whether or not the beneficiary has demanded or is at the time entitled to demand payment or performance. The term does not include the right of a beneficiary to demand payment or performance under a letter of credit.

  • Revolving Advances means Advances made other than Letters of Credit.

  • Overadvance Loan means a Base Rate Loan made when an Overadvance exists or is caused by the funding thereof.

  • Revolving Loan Availability means, at any time, the Revolving Loan Limit minus the Revolving Loan Outstandings.

  • Eligible Account Receivable means an Account Receivable owing to the Company or any Domestic Subsidiary which meets the following requirements:

  • VA Loan means a Mortgage Loan which is subject of a VA Loan Guaranty Agreement as evidenced by a loan guaranty certificate, or a Mortgage Loan which is a vendor loan sold by the VA.

  • Letter of Credit Accommodations means, collectively, the letters of credit, merchandise purchase or other guaranties which are from time to time either (a) issued or opened by Agent or any Lender for the account of any Borrower or Obligor or (b) with respect to which Agent or Lenders have agreed to indemnify the issuer or guaranteed to the issuer the performance by any Borrower or Obligor of its obligations to such issuer; sometimes being referred to herein individually as "Letter of Credit Accommodation".

  • Letter of Credit Advance means an advance made by any Issuing Bank or any Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(c).

  • Letter of Credit Account means the account established by the Borrower under the sole and exclusive control of the Administrative Agent maintained at the office of the Administrative Agent at 200 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 designated as the “Delphi Letter of Credit Account” that shall be used solely for the purposes set forth herein.

  • Letter of Credit Liability means, all reimbursement and other liabilities of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries with respect to each Lender Letter of Credit, whether contingent or otherwise, including: (a) the amount available to be drawn or which may become available to be drawn; (b) all amounts which have been paid or made available by any Lender issuing a Lender Letter of Credit or any bank issuing a Bank Letter of Credit to the extent not reimbursed; and (c) all unpaid interest, fees and expenses related thereto.

  • Revolving Loan Note means a promissory note in the form of Exhibit B-2, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Eligible Letter of Credit means, as of any date of determination thereof, a Letter of Credit which supports the purchase of Inventory, (i) which Inventory does not constitute Eligible In-Transit Inventory and for which no documents of title have then been issued, (ii) which Inventory, when completed, otherwise would constitute Eligible Inventory, (iii) which Letter of Credit has an expiry within thirty (30) days of the date of initial issuance of such Letter of Credit, and (iv) which Letter of Credit provides that it may be drawn only after the Inventory is completed and after documents of title have been issued for such Inventory reflecting the Borrower, a Subsidiary Guarantor or the Administrative Agent as consignee of such Inventory.

  • Advance Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.13.

  • Letter of Credit Liabilities means, for any Bank and at any time, such Bank's ratable participation in the sum of (x) the amounts then owing by the Borrower in respect of amounts drawn under Letters of Credit and (y) the aggregate amount then available for drawing under all Letters of Credit.

  • Revolving Loan Account has the meaning described in Section 2.1.9 (Revolving Loan Account).
