Linkage Fee definition

Linkage Fee means that housing Linkage fee imposed under Article 1.18 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code on applicants for certain Development Projects.
Linkage Fee means the fee assessed, pursuant to this section, on certain Development Projects in order to mitigate the impact of the additional demand for affordable housing caused by such activity.

Examples of Linkage Fee in a sentence

  • Pursuant to SMMC Section 9.64.090, the Parks and Recreation Development Impact Fee described in SMMC Chapter 9.67, the Transportation Impact Fee described in SMMC Chapter 9.66, and the Child Care Linkage Fee described in SMMC Chapter 9.65 shall be waived for required affordable housing units.

  • Pursuant to SMMC Section 9.23.030(A)(3), no building permit shall be issued for the project until the applicant pays an Affordable Housing Commercial Linkage Fee of 14 percent above the base fee applicable at the time of issuance of the building permit for that portion of the commercial floor area above the maximum Tier 1 floor area allowed by the Zoning Ordinance.

  • HCIDLA will adjust these fees annually, along with changes to the Linkage Fee, starting with a base year of 2016, utilizing changes in construction costs as measured by a regularly published industry Construction Cost Index and changes in land costs as measured by the change in median condominium sales prices in the specific coastal zone community where the property is located.

  • Non-residential and mixed-use projects shall pay a housing mitigation fee 14 percent above the base Affordable Housing Commercial Linkage Fee as required by SMMC Chapter 9.68, for that portion of the commercial floor area above the maximum Tier 1 floor area.

  • The Site is subject to all standard City development impact fees6, including the Transportation Sustainability Fee and the Jobs-Housing Linkage Fee, and any area- specific impact fees.

  • Trusts are generally funded by CPA but may have other monies available such as fee in lieu payments from Inclusionary Zoning or Linkage Fee requirements.

Related to Linkage Fee

  • Breakage Fee means, for Advances which are repaid (in whole or in part) on any date other than a Payment Date, the breakage costs, if any, related to such repayment, based upon the assumption that the Lender funded its loan commitment in the London Interbank Eurodollar market and using any reasonable attribution or averaging methods which the Lender deems appropriate and practical, it hereby being understood that the amount of any loss, costs or expense payable by the Borrower to any Lender as Breakage Fee shall be determined in the respective Lender Agent’s reasonable discretion and shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • L/C Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c).

  • Broker Fee shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2(b)(v).

  • Developer Fee means the fee earned by the Developer.

  • Late Fee If you don’t pay at least the Minimum Payment Due by the Payment Due Date, we will charge you a late fee. o The fee is $27.00 if you were not charged a late fee during any of the prior six billing periods.

  • Management Fee has the meaning given in Section 4.1.
