Linkage Fee definition

Linkage Fee means that housing Linkage fee imposed under Article 1.18 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code on applicants for certain Development Projects.
Linkage Fee means the fee assessed, pursuant to this section, on certain Development Projects in order to mitigate the impact of the additional demand for affordable housing caused by such activity.

Examples of Linkage Fee in a sentence

  • Pursuant to SMMC Section 9.23.030(A)(3), no building permit shall be issued for the project until the applicant pays an Affordable Housing Commercial Linkage Fee of 14 percent above the base fee applicable at the time of issuance of the building permit for that portion of the commercial floor area above the maximum Tier 1 floor area allowed by the Zoning Ordinance.

  • Non-residential and mixed-use projects shall pay a housing mitigation fee 14 percent above the base Affordable Housing Commercial Linkage Fee as required by SMMC Chapter 9.68, for that portion of the commercial floor area above the maximum Tier 1 floor area.

Related to Linkage Fee

  • Breakage Fee means (i) for any Interest Period for which Interest is computed by reference to LMIR or Adjusted LIBOR, as applicable, and a reduction of Capital is made for any reason on any day other than a Settlement Date or (ii) to the extent that the Borrower shall for any reason, fail to borrow on the date specified by the Borrower in connection with any request for funding pursuant to Article II of this Agreement, the amount, if any, by which (A) the additional Interest (calculated without taking into account any Breakage Fee or any shortened duration of such Interest Period pursuant to the definition thereof) which would have accrued during such Interest Period on the reductions of Capital relating to such Interest Period had such reductions not been made (or, in the case of clause (ii) above, the amounts so failed to be borrowed or accepted in connection with any such request for funding by the Borrower), exceeds (B) the income, if any, received by the applicable Lender from the investment of the proceeds of such reductions of Capital (or such amounts failed to be borrowed by the Borrower). A certificate as to the amount of any Breakage Fee (including the computation of such amount) shall be submitted by the affected Lender to the Borrower and shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes, absent manifest error.

  • Usage Fee means the subscription fees to be paid by the Agency for ongoing access to Services.

  • Carriage Fee means any fee payable by a Broadcaster to the DPO only for the purpose of carrying its television channels through the DPO’s network, without, specifying the placement of such channels onto a specific position in the Electronic Programme Guide or, seeking assignment of a particular number to such channels;

  • Ancillary Fees With respect to any Serviced Loan, any and all demand fees, beneficiary statement charges, fees for insufficient or returned checks and other usual and customary charges and fees (other than Modification Fees, Consent Fees, Penalty Charges, Assumption Fees, assumption application fees and defeasance fees) actually received from the related Mortgagor.

  • Arranger Fee means a fee charged by the Arranger in relation to each Series of ETP Securities, as modified by the Arranger from time to time, as set out in the Base Prospectus of the Issuer.

  • LPMI Fee With respect to each LPMI Loan, the portion of the Mortgage Interest Rate as set forth on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule (which shall be payable solely from the interest portion of Monthly Payments, Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds or Liquidation Proceeds), which, during such period prior to the required cancellation of the LPMI Policy, shall be used to pay the premium due on the related LPMI Policy.

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • L/C Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c).

  • Breakage Costs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.3(h) hereof.

  • Funding and Brokerage Fees means, in respect of a Series, all applicable fees other than the Arranger Fees, including, but not limited to, margin interest, securities lending fees, brokerage fees and costs of transaction taxes on the sale or purchase of Reference Assets (where relevant).

  • Broker Fee shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2(b)(v).

  • Advisory Fee shall have the meaning given to it in Section 2.2(f) hereof.

  • Developer Fee means the fee earned by the Developer.

  • Late Fee If you don’t pay at least the Minimum Payment Due by the Payment Due Date, we will charge you a late fee. o The fee is $27.00 if you were not charged a late fee during any of the prior six billing periods.

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).

  • Non-Usage Fee The meaning set forth in the Fee Letter.

  • Reservation Fee means the fee set forth in the applicable Program Guide, relating to the aggregate principal amount of the particular Mortgage Loans which the Participant has committed to originate and sell to the Servicer (which is not applicable to MCC stand-alone product) pursuant to a Reservation Request, payable contemporaneously with the submission of the corresponding application package, all in accordance with the procedures set forth in the applicable Program Guide.

  • Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10(a).

  • Upfront Fees means, with respect to any Receivable, the sum of any fees charged by Holdings or the Receivables Account Bank, as the case may be, to a Receivables Obligor in connection with the disbursement of a loan, as set forth in the Receivables Agreement related to such Receivable, which are deducted from the initial amount disbursed to such Receivables Obligor, including the “Origination Fee” set forth on the applicable Receivable Agreement.

  • Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).
