Liquid and solid organic waste definition
Liquid and solid organic waste means compostable material fats, oil, grease, septage, and other organics such as fruits, vegetables, meats, shell fish, poultry, dairy products, eggs including egg shells, cooked foods and leftovers, coffee grounds, tea bags, paper hand towels, and facial tissue collected by Terracedent and listed and permitted by the Certificate of Approval for the Bio- digester.
