Liquidation Ratio definition

Liquidation Ratio means, as of any date, a fraction, the numerator of which is the product of (i) the number of shares of Class R Stock outstanding as of such date and (ii) the Conversion Ratio, and the denominator of which is sum of (a) the number of shares of Class D Stock outstanding as of such date and (b) the numerator of such fraction; provided, however, that in no event shall the Conversion Ratio used to calculate such Liquidation Ratio be less than the Minimum Conversion Liquidation Ratio.
Liquidation Ratio means, for any Loan, the Margin Ratio at or below which Collateral will be liquidated. The Liquidation Ratio for each Loan will be specified in the applicable Loan Term Sheet.
Liquidation Ratio means the (i) aggregate Agio of all outstanding Preferred Securities of a particular Class divided by (ii) the sum of the aggregate Agio of all outstanding Preferred Securities, the aggregate outstanding amount of all Equity-Like Obligations, the subscribed capital (gezeichnetes Kapital), the capital reserves and the surplus reserves of DZ BANK as determined in the unconsolidated liquidation financial statements (Liquidationseröffnungsbilanz) of DZ BANK set up by DZ BANK (which may be unaudited) in connection with the liquidation, dissolution or winding-up of DZ BANK.
