Liquidity Requirements definition

Liquidity Requirements means the anticipated liquidity needs of the Target Group to pay claims, as necessary, during the applicable Quarter.

Liquidity Requirements. The Issuer has established systems for prudent liquidity management for the purpose of meeting its payment obligations in respect of interest and principal due and payable on the Covered Bonds issued by it from time to time in accordance with the requirements of the Act and Regulations.
