Liquidity Requirements definition

Liquidity Requirements means the anticipated liquidity needs of the Target Group to pay claims, as necessary, during the applicable Quarter.

Liquidity Requirements mean, as of a preceding quarter end, (a) a minimum ---------------------- Consolidated Tangible Net Worth of $47,600,000 and (b) a ratio of Consolidated Total Liabilities to Consolidated Tangible Net Worth of not more than 4.0 to 1.
