Litigation Demands definition
Litigation Demands means collectively, the demands served on Workhorse and/or members of its Board of Directors on behalf of stockholders Charles Boyle, Jeffrey Bechtel, Rocco Camano, and Adam R. Kayce, on December 28, 2021, January 4, 2022, January 27, 2022, and February 18, 2022, respectively.
Litigation Demands means the pre-suit litigation demands submitted to WWE’s Board by Robert Lowinger, Rodney Nordstrom, Ryan Merholz, Nicholas Jimenez, Jesse Rezendes, and Pontiac Police & Fire.
Litigation Demands means the pre-suit litigation demands made by Jack Kiner, Clifford Elow, and Eric Gilbert on the Board of Directors of Conduent.
