All Litigation Trust Interests shall be satisfied solely out of Litigation Trust Assets, and Holders of Allowed Claims in the General Unsecured Classes shall not have recourse to Reorganized Greektown for unpaid portions of any Litigation Trust Interest.

No surviving spouse, heir or devisee of any deceased holder of a Litigation Trust Interest shall have any right of dower, homestead, or inheritance, or of partition, or any other right, statutory or otherwise, in the Trust Property, but the whole title to all the Trust Property shall be vested in the Litigation Trust and the sole interest of the holders of Litigation Trust Interests shall be the rights and benefits given to such persons under this Litigation Trust Agreement.
The ownership of a Litigation Trust Interest shall not entitle any Litigation Trust Beneficiary to any title in or to the Litigation Trust Assets (which title shall be vested in the Litigation Trust) or to any right to call for a partition or division of the Litigation Trust Assets or to require an accounting.
