LLI Materials definition
LLI Materials means those Materials with delivery dates exceeding 60 days from the date of the applicable purchase orders. In each instance whereby FLEXTRONICS intends to place a purchase order for LLI Materials, it shall obtain Veraz’s prior written approval before proceeding to do so.
