Each LNG Vessel shall comply fully with the International Safety Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and Pollution Prevention effective July 1, 1998, and at all times be in possession of a valid safety management certificate.
The User or its agent shall inform the Operator as soon as reasonably practicable if the User is notified of any revision (as to molecular composition and gross calorific value of the LNG when loaded to the LNG Vessel) of the information provided in such notice.
The User or its agent shall further inform the Operator as soon as reasonably practicable if there is any material change in the (i) temperature; or (ii) pressure of each cargo tank of such LNG Vessel.

Customer shall ensure that insurances are procured and maintained for each LNG Vessel in accordance with the following provisions.
In order to determine the temperature of liquid and vapor respectively in the LNG Vessel one (1) reading shall be taken at each temperature gauging device in each LNG tank.
Each LNG Vessel shall at all times have on board valid documentation evidencing all such Approvals.
If the LNG tanks of any LNG Vessel suffer distortion of such nature as to create a reasonable doubt regarding the validity of the tank gauge tables described herein (or any subsequent calibration provided for herein), Customer or Customer’s agent shall recalibrate the damaged tanks, and the vessel shall not be employed as an LNG Vessel hereunder until appropriate corrections are made.
