Load Management Service definition

Load Management Service means providing a signal for the purpose of reducing or interrupting delivery of electricity to all or part of Consumer’s Premises, including as an example, but without limitation, delivery to a water heater, on a basis agreed between the Distributor and the Retailer;

Examples of Load Management Service in a sentence

  • Distributor to report any failure of its load signaling system where it is providing a Load Management Service i.e. controllable load or switching of registers.

Load Management Service means electric service provided under an applicable firm rate schedule whereby electric service to specified components of the customer’s electric load may be interrupted at the discretion of the utility in accordance with conditions specified in the utility’s tariffs.
