Loading and Unloading Spaces definition

Loading and Unloading Spaces means the loading and unloading spaces provided under Special Condition No.(20)(a) for the loading and unloading of goods vehicles which are (for identification purpose) coloured yellow and marked “LB1” and “LB2” on the Plans;
Loading and Unloading Spaces means the loading and unloading spaces on the Lower Ground Floor and Ground Floor of the Development intended for the loading and unloading of goods vehicles and by the residents of the Residential Units and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees or serving the Clubhouse and form part of the Residential Common Areas and Facilities, which are for identification purpose only shown and coloured Green and marked “LOADING BAY” on the Lower Ground Floor Plan and Ground Floor Plan annexed hereto and certified as to its accuracy by the Authorized Person; "Maintenance Manual for Works and Installations" means the schedules and maintenance manual for the Works and Installations as mentioned in Clause 10.12 hereof as may from time to time be amended or revised in accordance with the provisions of this Deed;
Loading and Unloading Spaces means (i) the two loading and unloading spaces situated on the said land for the loading and unloading of motor vehicles as provided under Clause 3.25(c)(i) of the said lease, and which, for the purpose of identification only, is shown coloured [BROWN] and marked “[LOADING AND UNLOADING BAY]” on the [SITE LAYOUT PLAN]annexed hereto, the accuracy of such plan has been certified by the Authorized Person, forming part of the Residential Blocks Common Areas and Facilities; and (ii) the one loading and unloading space situated on the said land for the loading and unloading of refuse collection vehicles as provided under Clause 3.25(c)(ii) of the said lease, and which, for the purpose of identification only, is shown coloured [ORANGE] and marked “[LOADING AND UNLOADING SPACE RESERVED FOR REFUSE COLLECTIONVEHICLE]” on the plan(s) annexed hereto, the accuracy of such plan(s) has been certified by the Authorized Person,forming part of the Estate Common Areas and Facilities;

Loading and Unloading Spaces means the Loading and Unloading Space for the Residential Block, the Loading and Unloading Space for the Commercial Areas and the Loading and Unloading Space for Refuse Collection Vehicles;
Loading and Unloading Spaces means all the spaces provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(36)(a) of the Government Grant for the loading and unloading of goods vehicles in connection with the Development as shown and delineated on the Building Plans, and for the purposes of identification only are shown coloured Yellow marked "L1" on the Ground Floor Plan (DMC-025), marked "L4", "L5" and "L6" on the Ground Floor Plan (DMC-017), marked "L7" and "L8" respectively on the Ground Floor Plan (DMC-004) and marked "L2" and "L3" on the Ground Floor Plan (DMC-005) of the DMC Plans; "maintain " means and includes but is not limited to inspecting, testing, repairing, upholding, supporting, rebuilding, overhauling, paving, purging, scouring, cleansing, emptying, amending, keeping, replacing, redesigning, refurbishing, renovating, improving, decorating and painting or such of the foregoing as may be applicable in the circumstances and in the interest of good development management and "maintenance " shall be construed accordingly; "Maintenance Manual for the Works and Installations " means the maintenance manual for the Works and Installations as mentioned in Clause 10.10 of Section X of this Deed as may from time to time be amended or revised in accordance with the provisions of this Deed; "management " means all duties and obligations to be performed and observed by the Manager pursuant to this Deed and "manage " shall be construed accordingly;
Loading and Unloading Spaces means the 2 loading and unloading spaces situated on the said land for the loading and unloading requirement as provided under Clause 3.24(d)(i) of the said lease for use of the residents of the building or buildings erected or to be erected on the said land for private residential purposes, which for identification purpose only, are shown coloured brown and marked “LOADING AND UNLOADING BAY” on the plan(s) annexed hereto, forming part of the Residential Blocks Common Areas and Facilities and the 2 loading and unloading spaces situated on the said land for the loading and unloading requirement as provided under Clause 3.24(d)(i) of the said lease, which for identification purpose only, is shown coloured violet hatched black and marked “LOADING AND UNLOADING BAY” on the plan(s) annexed hereto, forming part of the HA Accommodation. For the avoidance of doubt, the Loading and Unloading Spaces do not include the space for the loading and unloading of refuse collection vehicles as provided under Clause 3.24(d)(ii) of the said lease;
Loading and Unloading Spaces means 8 spaces provided within the Lot in accordance with Special Condition No. (30)(a) of the Government Grant forming part of the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and intended for the loading and unloading of goods vehicles in connection with the Development;

Related to Loading and Unloading Spaces

  • Loading Space means an off-street space or berth on the same lot or parcel with a building or use, or contiguous to a group of buildings or uses, for the temporary parking of a vehicle while loading or unloading persons, merchandise or materials, and which space or berth abuts on a street, alley or other appropriate means of access.

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;

  • Loading or unloading means the handling of property:

  • Loading means the quantity of a specific substance present per unit of surface area, such as the amount of lead in micrograms contained in the dust collected from a certain surface area divided by the surface area in square feet or square meters.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Tank means an enclosed space which is formed by the permanent structure of a ship and which is designed for the carriage of liquid in bulk.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.

  • Dock means a fixed or floating structure extending from land out over water, including access walkways, terminal platforms, catwalks, mooring pilings, lifts, davits, and other associated water-dependent structures, used for mooring and accessing vessels.
