Loading Vehicle definition

Loading Vehicle means a vehicle whilst being used in a length of road to enable goods to be loaded or unloaded provided that when the aforementioned purposes have been completed, the vehicle must immediately proceed out of that length of road.
Loading Vehicle means a Motor Vehicle which is at that time being used to enable Goods to be loaded or unloaded, PROVIDED THAT when the aforementioned activity has been completed the motor Vehicle is no longer a Loading Vehicle.
