Loan Advance Request definition

Loan Advance Request means a notice of a Borrowing which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

Loan Advance Request means the Loan Advance/Paydown Request Form, in or substantially in the form of Exhibit C or otherwise in form satisfactory to Bank, duly executed by a Responsible Officer of Borrower.

Loan Advance Request means the Certificate and Loan Advance Request in the form of Exhibit A hereto.

• The minimum monthly payment and the due date on all other loan advances will be set and disclosed to me at the time each advance is made on the Loan Advance Request Voucher.

• I hereby grant to you a security interest according to the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code in any property pledged as collateral under this Agreement as described on my Loan Advance Request Voucher or Account-Opening Disclosure Statement.

More Definitions of Loan Advance Request

Loan Advance Request means a Loan Advance Request for the Term Loans in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Loan Advance Request the request to be presented by the Borrower to the Lender in the form of Exhibit "A" hereto and in accordance with Section 2.

Loan Advance Request means a written request signed by an Authorized Representative of Borrower for an Advance in the form of Exhibit 1 attached to this rider, or such other form approved by Lender.
