Loan Combination Servicing Reports means, with respect to each Serviced Loan Combination, each of the CMSA Delinquent Loan Status Report, CMSA Historical Loan Modification and Corrected Mortgage Loan Report, CMSA Advance Recovery Report, CMSA Loan Level Reserve/LOC Reserve, CMSA Historical Liquidation Report, CMSA REO Status Report, Loan Payoff Notification Report, CMSA Loan Periodic Update File, CMSA Property File, CMSA Financial File, CMSA Loan Setup File, CMSA Servicer Watch List, CMSA Operating Statement Analysis, CMSA NOI Adjustment Worksheet and CMSA Comparative Financial Status Report, each as may be modified to reflect the fact that only the related Mortgaged Property or Properties or any related REO Property or Properties, as the case may be, shall be the subject of such report.

Loan Combination Servicing Reports means, with respect to each Serviced Loan Combination, (a) each of the files identified under clauses (a)(ii) through (iv) of the definition of "CMSA Investor Reporting Package", (b) each of the supplemental reports identified under clause (b) of the definition of "CMSA Investor Reporting Package", and (c) each of the templates identified under clause (c)(i) and clause (c)(ii) of the definition of "CMSA Investor Reporting Package", each as may be modified to reflect the fact that only the subject Serviced Loan Combination, the related Mortgaged Property or Properties and/or any related REO Property or Properties, as the case may be, shall be the subject of such report.

Examples of Loan Combination Servicing Reports in a sentence

  • Not later than 12:00 noon (New York City time) on each related Master Servicer Remittance Date, the Master Servicer shall forward to the related Non-Trust Mortgage Loan Noteholder(s) all related Loan Combination Servicing Reports prepared with respect to each Serviced Loan Combination, pursuant to Section 3.12A, during the calendar month in which such Master Servicer Remittance Date occurs.

Related to Loan Combination Servicing Reports

  • Serviced Loan Combination A Loan Combination that is being serviced pursuant to this Agreement. The only Serviced Loan Combinations related to the Trust as of the Closing Date are the Loan Combinations as to which “Serviced” is set forth in the Loan Combination Table under the column heading “Servicing Type,” together with any Servicing Shift Loan Combinations. A Servicing Shift Loan Combination will no longer be a Serviced Loan Combination on and after the related Servicing Shift Date.

  • Loan Combination Custodial Account means the “Loan Combination Custodial Account” or analogous account established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Monthly Servicing Report shall have the meaning attributed to such term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Servicing Report has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.08(b).

  • Loan Combination shall include any successor REO Mortgage Loan and the related successor REO Companion Loan(s) (or the related deemed Companion Loan(s), if applicable)). The only Loan Combinations related to the Trust as of the Closing Date are identified in the Loan Combination Table.

  • Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement means (i) the pooling and servicing agreement or other comparable agreement related to the Lead Securitization, and (ii) on and after the date on which the Mortgage Loan is no longer subject to the provisions of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the “Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement” shall be determined in accordance with the second paragraph of Section 2(a).

  • Whole Loan As defined in the Introductory Statement.

  • Securitization Servicing Agreement means the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Note A-4 Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Note A-4 PSA.

  • Master Servicer Advance Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • CMSA Special Servicer Loan File format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "CMSA Special Servicer Loan File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Special Servicer.

  • Note A-1 Special Servicer means the special servicer under the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Note A-6 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-6 Securitization.
