Loan Level Data definition

Loan Level Data. As defined in Section 4.04(c) herein.
Loan Level Data means the loan level data setting out the information required by paragraph (a) of article 7(1) of the Securitisation Regulation and the applicable Regulatory Technical Standards to be prepared by the Servicer and delivered to the Reporting Entity, on a quarterly basis pursuant to the Servicing Agreement.

Examples of Loan Level Data in a sentence

  • The Loan Level Data may include recent property valuation information, including based on a recent broker's price opinion.

  • The Loan Level Data will not include any personally identifiable information, including but not limited to: borrower name, borrower address, property address, borrower social security number, and originator's loan account number.

  • As agreed to by the Depositor and the Trust Administrator, the format of the Loan Level Data may be modified at any time, and the posting of the Loan Level Data may be discontinued at any time.

  • The Loan Level Data will be based solely on information provided by the Servicers, and the Trust Administrator's provision of the Loan Level Data is subject to the availability, timeliness and accuracy of the information provided by the Servicers.

Related to Loan Level Data

  • Reference Level means, in respect of an Inflation Index, the level of such Inflation Index (excluding any "flash" estimates) published or announced by the relevant Inflation Index Sponsor in respect of the month that is 12 calendar months prior to the month in respect of the Latest Level.

  • Pricing Level III shall exist on an Adjustment Date if the Consolidated Leverage Ratio for the relevant period is less than 3.75 to 1.00 but greater than or equal to 3.25 to 1.00.

  • Pricing Level V any time when (i) the senior unsecured long term debt rating of the Borrower by (x) S&P is BBB‑ or higher or (y) ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ is Baa3 or higher and (ii) none of Pricing Level I, Pricing Level II, Pricing Level III or Pricing Level IV applies.

  • Pricing Level II shall exist on an Adjustment Date if the Consolidated Leverage Ratio for the relevant period is less than 3.50 to 1.00 but greater than or equal to 3.00 to 1.00.

  • Pricing Level IV means any time when (i) no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, (ii) the Senior Debt Rating is BBB- or higher by S&P or Baa3 or higher by Moody’s and (iii) Pricing Levels I, II and III do not apply.
