Loan Register definition

Loan Register. The meaning specified in Section 5.3(k).

Examples of Loan Register in a sentence

• The entries in the Loan Register shall be conclusive absent manifest error, and the Borrower, the Collateral Agent, the Facility Agent, each Agent and each Lender shall treat each Person whose name is recorded in the Loan Register pursuant to the terms hereof as a Lender hereunder.

• The entries made in each Loan Register maintained pursuant to this Section 5.04(n) shall be prima facie evidence of the existence and amounts of the obligations therein recorded; provided that the failure of the Servicer to maintain any such Loan Register or any error therein shall not in any manner affect the obligations of the Obligor to repay the related Loans in accordance with their terms or any Purchaser’s interest therein.

• The Custodian shall maintain the Loan Register in the Custodial Account and shall record, hold, and segregate in the Custodial Account the Required Loan Documents that the Custodian receives for the account of the Fund and any Subsidiary.

• The Loan Register shall be available for inspection by any Lender at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.

More Definitions of Loan Register

Loan Register means a register maintained by the Custodian (in book-entry form or in such other form as it shall deem necessary or desirable) of all Loans held by the Custodian on behalf of or for the benefit of the Fund, containing such information as the Fund and the Custodian may reasonably agree.

Loan Register means, with respect to each Noteless Loan, the register in which the agent or collateral agent on such Loan will record, among other things, (i) the amount of such Loan, (ii) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Obligor thereunder, (iii) the amount of any sum in respect of such Loan received from the Obligor and each lender’s share thereof, (iv) the date of origination of such Loan and (v) the maturity date of such Loan.
