Stock Register definition

Stock Register means the register of Holders maintained on behalf of the Corporation by the Auction Agent in its capacity as transfer agent and registrar for the AMPS.
Stock Register means the ownership register of GMI Common Stock maintained by, or behalf of, the Debtors.
Stock Register means the register maintained by the Company to record ownership and transfer of Common Stock.
