Loan to Retail Value Ratio definition

Loan to Retail Value Ratio means the ratio of the outstanding principal balance of the Loan, from time to time, to the Retail Value of the Inventory. The “Loan to Retail Value Ratio” shall be 15%.
Loan to Retail Value Ratio shall be 15%; provided, however, that from and after the reduction in the principal balance of the New Inventory Loan as provided in Section 2.4(b)(ii), the Loan to Retail Value Ratio for the New Inventory Loan only shall be 11% (the Loan to Retail Value Ratio for the Existing Loan shall remain at 15%).

  • Maximum Availability means, as of any date of determination, the difference of (i) the Facility Amount minus (ii) the balance of all unfunded Advances approved but not yet funded minus (iii) the Aggregate Unfunded Amount plus (iv) all amounts on deposit in the Unfunded Exposure Account, each as of such date of determination.

  • Collateral Value The appraised value of a Mortgaged Property based upon the lesser of (i) the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) made at the time of the origination of the related Mortgage Loan, or (ii) the sales price of such Mortgaged Property at such time of origination. With respect to a Mortgage Loan the proceeds of which were used to refinance an existing mortgage loan, the appraised value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) obtained at the time of refinancing.

  • Cash Flow Coverage Ratio means, for any period, the ratio of (i) Adjusted Parent Operating Cash Flow for such period to (ii) Corporate Charges for such period.
