LOC Termination Disbursement definition

LOC Termination Disbursement means an amount drawn under the Series 1998-1 Letter of Credit pursuant to a Certificate of Termination Demand. The amount of such LOC Termination Disbursement shall be the amount so drawn or thereafter, if greater, the amount of the Deposited Funds in the Series 1998-1 Cash Collateral Account.
LOC Termination Disbursement means an amount drawn under the Series 1997-2 Letter of Credit pursuant to a Certificate of Termination Demand.

  • Any amounts (other than earnings on investments) released from the Series 2007-1 Cash Collateral Account in accordance with Section 4.17(d) of the Series 2007-1 Supplement shall be paid to the Series 2007-1 Letter of Credit Provider to the extent the Series 2007-1 Letter of Credit Provider has not been fully reimbursed by the Lessees under clauses (a) and (c) above for LOC Credit Disbursements or a LOC Termination Disbursement.

  • Termination Disbursement means an amount drawn under a Multi-Series Letter of Credit pursuant to a Certificate of Termination Demand.

  • Termination Date Disbursement means an amount drawn under a Multi-Series Letter of Credit pursuant to a Certificate of Termination Date Demand.

  • Special Termination Advance means an Advance made pursuant to Section 2.02(g).

  • Applied Special Termination Advance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05.

  • Letter of Credit Termination Date means the fifth Domestic Business Day prior to the Termination Date.
